This moment in history is loud.

And if we let the current reality define us... if we keep re-acting to it...
we unconsciously keep co-creating more of the same…
and that is exactly what we do not want - where we are giving our power away...

Because whatever you wake up believing is “true” becomes the lens you live through:
the choices you make through it, the energy you broadcast through it, the frequency you feed.

So today I’m asking you, lovingly and clearly:

Did you wake up as a creator…
or did you wake up as a reactor?

Because yes... many of us can feel it in our bodies right now.
The nervous system scans, the mind lists... The body braces...

And from that subtle bracing, we start living from the world…
instead of living from truth.

This isn’t your fault. It’s conditioning. It’s survival. And it’s also the doorway.

The shift to harmony - to freedom, isn’t coming from “out there.”
It’s requiring something of us. Now more than ever.
Alignment. Anchoring. Embodiment. Presence.

The time to remember is now.
The time to embody is now.
The time to release the stronghold of shock and fear is now.

Not by pretending everything is fine… but by choosing truth anyway.
By calling your power back into your body. By remembering: you already carry the frequency you wish the world could hold - within.

You are not waiting for the collective. You are the collective.

I asked for Ineke’s help because of sleeping disorders (mostly insomnia) I didn’t know how to manage (nothing I had tried so far had worked ). In one session, Ineke helped me balance my sleep again and in only a week’s time it improved drastically : I could sleep for 6 hours in a row and woke up refreshed, which hadn’t happened for months. I’m so grateful to her

There’s a particular kind of pain that doesn’t look dramatic from the outside.

It looks like being “fine”… or at least convincing yourself really well.
Functioning. Coping. Managing. Even telling yourself: I’m lucky.

But inside… you feel it.
You know what your heart wants. That deep desire is still there.
And you wonder… what if it could simply be truth?

And still… you don’t move.
Not because you don’t want it badly enough.
But because something in you tightens the moment you reach for what’s true.

Over time, that tightening becomes a pattern:

The Divine Feminine & The Divine Masculine...
The living architecture of wholeness within you.

When they are split, life will always be distorted.

We do without direction.
We feel without safety.
We push without pleasure.
We long without receiving.
We know truth… but we don’t live it.

This often shows up as an inner threshold...
between the guidance of the heart
and the survival strategies of the mind.

They were never meant to be separate.

🌿 Healing the Mother Wound – Free Clearing Call 🌿

When we carry the mother wound, we often struggle to receive life.

We may feel that support doesn’t truly arrive for us.
That we have to stay alert, self-reliant, or strong.
That deep surrender, the kind where the body softens and trusts: feels out of reach.

Not because something is wrong with us (which we most certainly started to believe)... But because, at some point, it wasn’t safe to rest into being held.

The mother wound shapes how we receive love, care, nourishment and support.
When this early bond was disrupted; through absence, inconsistency, emotional overwhelm or having to grow up too soon... the nervous system learned to stay on guard.

This can show up as:
*difficulty receiving love, help, or pleasure
*chronic over-responsibility or self-reliance
*tension, nervousness, or difficulty regulating the nervous system
*shame around needs
*a deep feeling of being alone with our emotions
*trouble trusting that life truly supports us

Awareness doesn’t give you control.
It gives you space.
And space is where freedom hides.

So many of us try to heal by steering... by fixing, managing, doing it “right”

But the moment you try to control the process, you merge with the part that’s afraid.

when you soften, lean back and allow what’s true to speak...
the system remembers it doesn’t have to force healing.
It only has to be witnessed with love.

As the year moves toward its final exhale, many of us are feeling it…
a heavier energy, emotional waves, a sense that something is rearranging itself beneath the surface. And yet, if you listen closely... there is a quieter current moving alongside it. A whisper, asking you to tune in with something sacred... your WHY.. why are you here now?

This question can feel uncomfortable at first. But when we allow it.. it brings you to pure excitement, deep passion and a sense of deep inner knowing and guidance..
I'd like to name it:

✨ Your Divine Meaning ✨

2025 has been a year of deep shedding. Letting go of identities built around holding it all together: Being strong, responsible, alert, adaptable. What is ending is not a chapter of life, but more a chapter of misaligned effort.

Your WHY is not something you invent, it’s something you remember and it brings forth such magical clarity, simplifies decisions, softens your nervous system and allows surrendering into a whole new level...

As we move into 2026, the energy shifts: from completion → initiation
from dismantling → embodied clarity... What matters now is not how much you do,
but from where you do it. So instead of focussing on resolutions, try this:

• When do I feel most like myself, without trying?
• What matters to me even when no one is watching?
• Where does my energy naturally want to flow?

my WHY 🐋..has always been about serving life itself, recognising that nature has been asking for our help to remember her rhythm, her intelligence and her true power. About bringing the world back into coherence, belonging and relational harmony… into a frequency that sings a song of love. There is so much love inside of us... and when love returns to the leading place in what we co-create, life reorganises itself around that truth.

Nature will thrive and all of life benefits.

We are not ending a year, we are ending a way of carrying life and remembering more deeply how life carries us 💛
