After a long break, Team TRK is back on the road!

We joined One Big Run in Clark, a course that truly tested us with its tough elevation and challenge.

Mary finished her first full marathon (42KM!) 🎉 ,a huge personal milestone 🏅
Diane powered through her 10KM, with her son running behind her to the finish line, a touching moment of love and support 💙

Grateful to our TRK friends who cheered us on from afar, and to the amazing organizers and photographers who captured every moment.

Here’s to more runs, more memories, and of course… more kape. ☕

Support a great cause while enjoying an exciting race at Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub on April 12, 2025! 🏅 This fundraising event, organized by Southridge Batch 2027, helps fund the SR Scholarship Program, Brgy. Cupang Literacy Program, and other Batch ’27 activities.

Choose your challenge:
✅ 10KM – P1,300 (5:15 AM gun start)
✅ 5KM – P1,200 (5:30 AM gun start)
✅ 3KM – P1,100 (5:45 AM gun start)

🎉🥳Yooohoo!! 1st year Anniversary of Team TRK!! 🥳

Some friendships start over coffee. Ours started with a run, then coffee…… then electric bikes, dance classes, trail runs, aerial yoga, Halloween costumes, and a hundred crazy ideas in between! ☕🏃‍♀️🎃🚴‍♀️

One year of running side by side, cheering each other on, pushing past limits, and laughing so hard we forget how sore we are. From city streets to sandy shores, from morning workouts to late-night talks—this isn’t just a running team; it’s family.

Tara. Run. Kape.—one year strong. 💪🥰

Team TRK at the 7-Eleven Run Series 2025!! We had an amazing time at the 7-11 Run last weekend conquering the 32km category! But more than the run, it was the sense of community you feel once you set foot at the village area that was so inspiring. It was great to see so many people taking up running, prioritizing their health, pushing their limits and breaking new grounds in their wellness goals. ❤️ To a healthier 2025! 😊 See you in the other races this year!

January is flying by so quickly! How are you holding up, friends? We kicked off the year with a road trip to surf town for some R&R because what's wellness without some fun and mental break. 😉

We also started gearing up for race season and resumed our run training with a bit of spinning for cross training on the side.

And we're happy to share that Villar City is car-free every Sunday morning! And Vermosa also has open streets every weekend afternoons! More safe spaces for the running community and wellness enthusiasts to enjoy! Hope to see you around! 😁🏃🏻‍♀️
