✨ Een kleine ode aan pure liefde in eten ✨

Een tijdje geleden ontdekte ik een prachtig en hartverwarmend plekje in Den Haag:

Een zelfgehouden zaakje waar Rolf in de keuken elke pannenkoek met de hand maakt, met zoveel aandacht, liefde en vakmanschap dat je het écht proeft.
En Helen, met haar zachte en warme energie, laat je je meteen welkom voelen.

Ik zeg dit niet snel, maar…
dit was één van de lekkerste pannenkoeken die ik ooit heb gegeten.
Je proeft de liefde. Je proeft de toewijding. Je proeft de ziel die ze in hun werk stoppen.

Als je ooit in of rondom Den Haag bent en je wilt een pannenkoek eten die met liefde gemaakt is, ga dan zeker langs bij de Pannenkoeken Club.

Some ceremonies stay with you forever — not because of how many were there, but because of how deep we went.

It was a small circle, just a handful of brave hearts, but the journey we took together was anything but small.

The medicine met us fully.
We met ourselves fully.

We laughed from the heart. We cried from the soul. We held each other through shadows and light.
The spirit of Ayahuasca brought forward exactly what needed to rise — no masks, no filters, just the raw truth of who we are.

Now, almost three years later, I still carry the echoes of that weekend.
The way healing moved through each of us.
The way we changed.
The way life continues to unfold with so much mystery and grace.

I’m endlessly grateful to have held space for that sacred work.

Grateful for every soul that showed up with courage.
Grateful for the medicine that continues to humble and guide me.

To all who walk this path — may you be blessed in your becoming.
May your prayers be heard.
And may you never forget what you came here to do.

Healing is a return to our essence✨

A sacred reunion with the wisdom of the Earth, the pulse of the jungle, and the breath of the wind.

The plants, the rivers, the unseen spirits of the Amazon… they do not simply heal us; they remember us. They call us back to balance, to truth, to the ancient knowing that we are not separate from nature—we are nature.

With deep reverence, I give thanks to the plant medicines, the spirit allies, and the guardians of this land for their boundless love and guidance.

May we walk this path with humility, honoring the sacred gifts that heal not just our bodies, but our souls.
