Ever had one small thought bring a flood of emotions to the surface? Like a still pond suddenly disturbed, feelings that were resting quietly begin to stir.

Instead of pushing them down, try noticing them.
Instead of fighting them, try breathing through them.
Take a moment now:
1. Inhale deeply through your nose.
2. Hold for a few seconds.
3. Exhale slowly, letting the feelings settle like ripples fading on water.
You don’t have to fix everything at once. Sometimes, just feeling is enough.
