Our initial focus is the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Apprentice Trainer Programs. These offerings are designed to support both self-practice and professional client work, in full alignment with official certification requirements.

The Academy offers two distinct learning paths:

The Methodical Path
A structured progression through the established GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® curriculum, guided by GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer and GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer Francesca Bracelli.

The Integrative Path
