Sunday, May 17th from 13.00 - 15.00h

Sometimes we Yoga teachers can be a little too “unfiltered”… I get it!
but to give commentary on how “stiff” a person is you know nothing about? Come on! 😤
Who asked you? People are there to do what they can! Nobody asked for your body-fascism! We are all different.
As a student: if a teacher who has not known you gives ANY such opinionated commentary about your body & its abilities, you don’t need to listen to that silly potato !!! You are not in a class to please his f..king esthetic of a practitioner! You are perfect as you are and we can work on things if you want to….
Love to all the poor people who get shamed in a yoga class.
