👷 Applus+ seeks a motivated and qualified Operations Coordinator (Hybrid) to support our Energy & Industry operations in Torrance, California.

📈 The Operations Coordinator ensures all receivables are entered in timely and correctly into SAP locally and all invoice submissions meet client requirements and timelines to ensure our Accounts Receivable aging is minimized. Experience and knowledge with billing, SAP, and ERP system is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities will also include the following:
🔸 Perform weekly entry into SAP Fiori of all billable items including labor and materials to ensure all billing is captured accurately.
🔸 Submit all invoices timely per client requirements including via mail, email, and client portals. Validation of submission and acceptance of all invoices by clients.
🔸 Coordinate new service orders or WBS element set-up requests to ensure consistency with the Corporate requirements for accurate financial tracking.
🔸 Perform new client setup per Corporate requirements including forms and credit processes.
🔸 Ensure new client contracts and existing contract updates are completed including but not limited to tracking, notifications, and submissions to Shared Services as required and per Corporate requirements. Work together with the Contracts Department to ensure billing rates are accurate and are applied correctly to pro forma invoices as per client specifications and project-specific requirements.

📋 Our HSE department in Bakersfield has recently hosted the latest Elevating and Vehicle Lift Equipment Safe Operating training course, designed in alignment with various standards and regulations such as ANSI A92.2, A92.3, and A92.6.

🛠️ This stringent operator qualification process teaches and instructs the operator to prepare and safely conduct various elevating and vehicle lift devices. Through the course, technicians are able to witness demonstrations of pre-operational and safe hands-on operating procedures, as well as learn about the limitations of the mobile equipment work platform (MEWP). This training reinforces Applus+’ best practices in health and safety by increasing knowledge and awareness.
