As you know, in October I started new chapter in my career path… I’ve gone back to university again and now I am busy learning for my exams session. It is very exciting but also still challenging. Still 4 exams ahead...evidence based medicine, physicochemical and sensory properties of food, Contemporary trends in food technology and nutrition, Principles and organization of mass catering and hospital nutrition... A lot to learn... Keep your fingers crossed!

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐝...

This year has gone by so quickly… It's really fascinating to look back and think how years are passing so fast and now we are at the end of 2025…

2024 turned out to be a very challenging, the most unusual and difficult year for me and my family. 2025 was more quiet, brought peace, happiness and opportunity to spend more time with those I love.

I started new chapter in my career path… I’ve gone back to university again and it is very exciting but also still challenging to combine studies, full-time job in my practice, life responsibilities and family commitments. But I manage it.

I have so much to be thankful for this year. I have a loving husband and family, wonderful friends, home, my great prospering practice…

The older I get, the more I realize how incredible “another year gone by” truly is. 366. The number of days in a year almost sounds minuscule. But if you stop and think about all that 366 days entails, you realize the change, opportunity, and growth they hold. Every year. Every day. Every minute.

Family time is the most important time spent ever.

For me it is a time to gather with friends & family and spend time doing the things we love. It’s a time to give thanks for what we have and remember those who have touched our lives.

Many of us are caught in the grind everyday life and it’s easy to forget how blessed we are.

I have a loving husband and family, wonderful friends, home, my great prospering practice…

Christmas is that time of year when I’m fortunate to spend time with family and friends. We share memories, joy, and happiness – which are far more precious than wrapped gifts under a decorated tree. Because of all meantion above, Christmas is the ultimate reminder of the most priceless gift I’ve been given.

During this Christmas season, it’s my sincere hope everyone will remain safe and well, be with the ones they love, and have a very Merry Christmas!

Pushing yourself beyond limits can result in emotional exhaustion, burnout, decreased resilience, and a higher likelihood of experiencing anxiety or depression. Physical and mental demands are super high, making it essential to prioritise self-care and listen to our body's messages.

Mental stress can have physical manifestations like muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues, compromised immune function, sleep disturbances. Can impact mental well-being, leading to fatigue, decreased cognitive function, anxiety, and irritability.
