If the last year has taught us anything, it's the true value of a strong immune system.

The truth of the matter is that this all begins and ends with our diet. What we put into and onto our bodies will either heal us or harm us. There is no neutral.

Another truth is that due to modern day farming and processing practices, our diets have become severely nutrient deficient. We simply do not get adequate nutrition from even the healthiest food choices.

And so supplementation is now no longer a luxury, but rather a necessity.
One more truth is that the majority of supplements (approx 95%) out there are synthetic and contain petroleum by-products, coal, tar, rock, limestone and metal shavings. Accumulation of these in our bodies do more harm than good.
