Daan van Knippenberg: ‘Als er geen overeenstemming is over de doelen die je met elkaar wilt bereiken, dan komt dat vaak doordat er geen overeenstemming is over de onderliggende waarden, over het waarom van de strategie. Waardegedreven leiderschap staat in veel organisaties nog in de kinderschoenen. Daarom willen we binnenkort ook value alignment gaan meten: in hoeverre is er in organisaties sprake van gedeelde waarden? Daarvoor moet je je ook verdiepen in de cultuur en het gedrag van organisaties en de verborgen patronen die daarin een rol spelen.
