Two weeks ago I was asked to write an article about coping with the Dutch weather or winter blues for my regular column in IamExpat.nl and my first thought was "what the hell a psychotherapist would write about the weather"...
I might say it was a cathartic experience to combine my 11 years of living in Northern Europe (while dying for sun and warmth) and my professional experience...Have a look...feel free to share, like, leave a comment...♥
