Very grateful for this special day 🙏💕

Today, 3 January 2026, I held my first own day retreat in Portugal as a start, to open up the potential for more (also more day retreats) to come.

This was also the first time that others got to experience a retreat of mine in this setting, with this theme. Even my partner 🥰

It was a wonderful get together with very profound alignment and precious sharing 😇

It was a safe yet vibrant space, as the theme card I drew before the event to align for the energy of the day indicates so accurately.

We enjoyed the delicious soulfood of Karina together and drank clean water that Rui brought.

The setting was perfect as it was.

It would be lovely if you feel like joining a next time as well. Just stay tuned and see you a next time (at a retreat or another event)! 💛✨️

Working on our first one day immersion (mini retreat) at Naturalmente, www.Naturalmente-Retreat.com

So much wonderful inspiration is flowing 🥰💖💕
Instant natural healing taking place at the same time, while creating this precious event 🙏

It felt like (co) creating a choreography again, after such a long time and it makes me happy.

People have been asking me years ago already if I would teach dance again and I've always said that at one point I would do that again, yet my energy was utilized in different ways throughout the years.

I'm happy to be able to share this (process of creation) with you, for some perhaps in a slightly different way than they're used to (yet I have always been working like this as well) and still, the same Melody, same essence, same Core.

You are invited to experience it if it resonates with you!

If you aren't able to attend in real life at first, no worries! We do a lot online as well and, here in Portugal, it is just the 'beginning'. So many chances for you to join if that is something you desire!

Another amazing experience yesterday at the Lovitall.pt festival 🥰
Almost non stop connecting with wonderful visitors and other exhibitors, a lot of recognition again, co creating as people call it, we're all feeling it and on the same mission. So grateful for the organisation of it all 🙏

It was a really amazing experience for us at Feira do Ambiente e Vegan do Algarve this weekend.

For us it was the first time (actually ever, at an official Portuguese market/ event, which I had intended and wished for even before we came unfolding our masterplan here definitively, so right away the best experience one could wish for with our core values and business)!

There was wonderful community building 🥰💚🌱✨️
All present with the intention on the same goal/ mission
Exhibitors and visitors alike!

Our Comfort & Conscience wellbeing supporting products are just one way to connect with our audience on a deeper level, which DEFINITELY happened, it is almost undescribable and you'll definitely have to experience it for yourself 😇
