Dinsdag 29 juni jl is het team van 123Wonen Limburg door de Stichting Verhuur Veilig ge-audit op het screeningsproces van de aspirant huurders. Met een beoordeling "ruim voldoende" zijn we hiervoor geslaagd en met gepaste trots kunnen wij vanaf heden het keurmerk Verhuur Veilig dragen.
De uitgebreide screening is vooral bedoeld om de huurkandidaten te toetsen op financiele draagkracht in relatie tot de huurprijs, maar vooral ook om de diverse vormen van woonfraude te voorkomen.
