Медична клініка "СТОЛИЦЯ" та Spectator Healthcare Technology (Нідерланди) із гордістю повідомляють про офіційний запуск проєкту кол-центру та медичних онлайн консультацій в Україні. Ця спільна робота є важливим кроком у нашому прагненні розширити доступ до медичної допомоги та покращити якість життя українців, у тому числі вимушених переселенців та біженців, військовослужбовців.
Медичний кол-центр працюватиме на базі готового та кастомізованого додатку BiDiApp для мобільних пристроїв. Завдяки впровадженню додатка "Stolytsya TeleMed" для мобільних пристроїв (Android, iOS), підключеного до комунікаційної платформи Spectator Telehealth, медичний кол-центр має на меті надавати широкий спектр дистанційних послуг, починаючи від науково обґрунтованої медичної інформації, дистанційної медичної допомоги й закінчуючи послугами по догляду за літніми людьми, а також тими, що мають хронічні захворювання.
Дмитро Вернигор, Голова громадської організації "Українська медична місія" , яка активно підтримала проєкт, зазначив: «Спільний проєкт із Spectator Healthcare Technology наближає людей до доступної висококваліфікованої медичної допомоги. Це зручно, швидко та доступно на будь -якій відстані. Нові технології та якісний фаховий сервіс - саме це є запорукою успіху. Найголовніше, що є потреба та є рішення».

Stolytsya Medical Clinic and Spectator Healthcare Technology (Netherlands) are proud to announce the official launch of the call-center and online medical consultation project in Ukraine. This collaboration is an important step in our commitment to expanding access to medical care and improving the quality of life of Ukrainians, including internally displaced persons and refugees, military personnel, etc.
The medical call center will operate on the basis of a ready-made and customized BiDiApp application for mobile devices. Through the implementation of the Stolytsya TeleMed application for mobile devices (Android, iOS) connected to the Spectator Telehealth communication platform, the medical call-center aims to provide a wide range of remote services, ranging from evidence-based medical information, remote medical care, to care services for the elderly and those with chronic diseases.
Dmytro Vernyhor, Head of the Ukrainian Medical Mission, an NGO that actively supported the project, said: "The joint project with Spectator Healthcare Technology brings people closer to affordable, highly qualified medical care. It is convenient, fast and accessible at any distance. New technologies and high-quality professional service are the key to success. The most important thing is that there is a need and a solution."
