Another month, another event 🌀

On February 6th, I invite you to gather with us in the magical Barth Chapel to remember and embody nature’s wisdom of February. We’ll tend to what naturally wants to emerge from deep within.

This event will be a combination of live sounds (including vocals), silence, effortless yoga nidra and self inquiry. This event is accessible to all.

January is often framed as a fresh start, but in nature it’s still deep winter.

Join us for this extra long nourishing session to slow down, instead of speeding up in January. Especially after the Holiday season, it might be an excellent treat to spend some time for yourself. We will return to the quiet, fertile emptiness of Winter season and rest a little longer in the dark… before new energy naturally begins to move in February/March.

✨ What to expect
Embark on a 2.5 hour journey of restoration with us. You can expect to arrive in a warm and serene atmosphere in the wonderful . We’ll have a soft landing together and an introduction of the theme, followed by a long, nourishing restorative yoga practice. During the restorative yoga, there will be live music with crystal singing bowls and calming vocals. After that, we will take some time for integration and round up with a gentle closing ceremony.

This event will be facilitated by & 🩵

When sounds are used intentionally, they can be very healing and helpful.

During a Sound Journey, I guide your body into a deep state of relaxation. This brings you into a unique state of being in which your body is asleep, yet at the same time you are alert and aware. This is also known as ‘non-sleep deep rest’.

When you are in this state, you have access to the subconscious. And that is where sounds can profoundly work their magic. The sounds of different instruments take you on an inner journey into your subconscious. There, you can feel a deep connection with yourself, answers can reveal themselves, and you can experience a feeling of coming home.

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
My sound therapy sessions are an invitation to slow down - to let the noise of everyday life soften, and to reconnect with your inner stillness.

Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and my singing voice, I guide you on a meditative journey inward. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations and melodies to gently move through you.

There’s no effort needed.
Just rest. Receive. Breathe.

What to expect:
✨ A warm, safe, and serene atmosphere
✨ A guided relaxation meditation to help you arrive in your body

Morning yoga at the beach 🧘‍♀️✨

This past week, I had the joy of guiding morning yoga sessions for the participants of the Sunset Beach volleyball camp in Barcelona.

Every morning at 8:15, we gathered by the sea - breathing, moving, and waking up both body and mind in a gentle yet effective way. It was the perfect way to arrive in the day with presence and intention before diving into 3.5 hours of volleyball training.

What a wonderful group of humans it was! Your openness, your laughter, your willingness to show up every single morning - it made my heart full.

Chapeau to all of you for choosing to start your days kindly, to wake up softly, and to gift yourselves that moment of connection before the intensity began.

And of course, a heartfelt thank you to Jorge and Neringa from Sunset Beach for the beautiful organization and for believing in me. I already can’t wait for next year. 🌊

Relax, nothing is under control.

It's tempting to wanting to control everything, while in reality there's not much we can control. All you can control is yourself and the way you respond to things happening around and inside you.

Take up all the space you need.

I created this account to create a safe space for others. I'll tell you why.

During the yoga teacher training, every Saturday we had "Satya". In the Satya circle, one person at a time answered the question "How do you feel?". All the others held space for that one person to share whatever that person felt like sharing at that moment. No interruptions. No touching. No time limits.

Satya changed me. I felt liberated to take up all the space I needed. Not worrying about whether others would be impatient with me when I express how I feel. In this liberation, a lot of tears showed up. The safe space that was created and held for me allowed me to explore deep into pain I didn't even know existed.

On the other hand it was a great honour to witness how others opened up and shared unfiltered stories and emotions. It was a reminder that every person has to fight battles we don't see on the outside. Witnessing the healing journey of others is (to me) indescribably beautiful and inspiring. I have so much respect for people who are willing to look within and work on themselves. Because to be fair, it's scary, exhausting and hard.

This made me think of the saying "safety first", which may sound cliche. Usually we think of material safety. But in order to dive deep emotionally, I (desperately) needed emotional safety. Trust and safety are the most important ingredients to make this work. Still today I am watering this seed and shedding down layers, curious to learn more about myself. Forever grateful for the seed that was planted during my first Satya. We all are work in progress - you can always unravel more about yourself.

It would be my honour to hold space for you, so you are safe to explore deeper within yourself and perhaps share whatever you kept inside for too long. Is this something you would be willing to try? How does the idea of sharing unconditionally make you feel?

You deserve to take up all the space you need.
