Our Story
In 1984, Preston Willingham left with his father Jim for a long drive for a week of golf. But Jim finds himself lying in the back of the car, unable to support the sitting position any longer. Preston decides to find a solution to relieve the back pain of his father and thanks to his grandfather surgeon, Preston receives the contribution of orthopedists, neurosurgeons and physiotherapists to model his first seat thanks to his sculptor know-how .
20 years later, in 2005, a Californian entrepreneur, soon joined by former Crocs managers, created BackJoy USA. In 2015, Pascal Morin took over the reins of BackJoy France, developed the company by surrounding himself with renowned investors and became BackJoy Europe in 2018.
BackJoy Europe offers a range of dynamic bases adapted to any person (from athlete to sedentary) and all surfaces to relieve back pain and strengthen deep muscles. Do BackJoy!
