ABOUT DYLAN BERNSTEIN
Dylan has been exploring various worlds of yoga since 1988. In addition to time spent in Mysore with Guruji, Saraswathi and Sharath Jois, he has been blessed to connect with other senior teachers from the Ashtanga lineage. Dylan has a master's degree in Buddhist studies, is authorised to teach Ashtanga yoga by the Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute and is EYRT-500 certified by Yoga Alliance. A student of teaching techniques, Dylan has a background in pedagogy and cognitive development. His classes are designed to put students into direct contact with their own true internal teachers. Yoga has never been limited to asana for Dylan and yet, he values the critical role that the physical practice can play in bringing light to one's whole being. His intense curiosity brought him to study, practice and live worldwide. Having taught on five continents, Dylan continues to be influenced by many teachers and living wisdom traditions.

What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage combines yoga, acupressure, and stretching to relax and rejuvenate the body. Conducted fully clothed on a mat, it’s a simple yet powerful practice to restore balance, reduce stress, and prevent common ailments like headaches and RSI.

Class Structure
The session includes a 30-minute massage where you'll work in pairs—either with a friend or another participant—taking turns to give and receive the massage. Every step will be guided by the instructor, ensuring that you're comfortable and confident throughout the process. If you don’t have a partner, don't worry—solo participants are always welcome!

This special introductory Thai Yoga Massage workshop is perfect for anyone interested in joining our weekly classes, offering a hands-on preview of the experience. Jack will guide you through foundational techniques, practice partner-based movements, simple stretches and positions to provide deep relaxation, relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote overall mental and physical well-being.

In this class, you’ll engage in partner-based Thai Yoga Massage, combining gentle stretches, guided movements, and mindful touch to relieve tension and promote relaxation - all while fully clothed on a mat.

Traditional Thai massage, is a centuries-old practice rooted in Thai healing traditions, blending elements of yoga, acupressure, and meditation to restore balance and well-being.

Please wear comfortable, long sports trousers, a long-sleeve shirt, and clean socks. For this class you need to be able sit on your knees; this class is not suitable for pregnant women. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please discuss them with the instructor before the class.

ABOUT SHUBHAM SARASWAT
Born in a family deeply rooted into spirituality, Shubham cultivates the traditional mood of Kirtan. Inspired by Krishna Das, Shubham started Divine Kirtan in the Netherlands as a way to share the divine chants - mantras filled with mellow melodies which help reconnect us to something bigger as we immerse in ourselves in the connection built by sound and vibrational energy.

ABOUT ANNA VIKTOR
Anna has been singing for as long as she can remember, with music woven deeply into her life. As a yoga teacher, she discovered mantra singing during her first training and fell in love with it. Since attending her first Kirtan in India in 2022, her devotion has deepened. Now, supported by a growing community, she is grateful to regularly serve others through Kirtan.

Regina's class acknowledges that a woman’s brain, heart and pelvis function differently to a man’s, and that women’s bodies and physiology are changeable. Women are adept shape-shifters who undergo many transformations during their lives.
