FOUNDATIONS OF BREATH - 4 WEEK COURSE 🌬️

The way you breath has a tremendous influence on the quality of your mind, sleep and nervous system. Luckily we don’t have to think about breathing. But becoming aware of your breath patterns can greatly shift the quality of your life!

Join Barbara in this very informative 4 weeks course:

Week 1 awareness & Safety: you’ll learn bit of anatomy but most of all: get to know your own breath, your baseline.

Week 2 Regulation & Rythm . Using the breath to balance stress and relaxation; breath as a tool for self regulation.

Week 3 Expression & Energy! Learn how the breath can be used to boost energy levels, work with emotions & clear focus.

Week 4 Integration & Embodiment. Learn how you can integrate conscious breathing in your daily life.

No prior experience required, however we will ask you to fill in an intake form which is required.

HANDS DOWN FEET UP 🦶

Are you ready to turn your yoga mat into a playground?

Join Tim in this playful workshop were we built the foundation of the funky hand balances sometimes offered in regular classes.

The first part will cover the basic alignment of Bakasana or
crane pose and its variations. For example think of one legged crow and side crow.

For the second part we are taking the feet way up and explore Pincha Mayurasana a.k.a. Feather of the Peacock. Y

You’ll be surprised how closely connected these balancing postures
are and how you can access them!

HE IS BACK!

After more than 6 months away, we’re so happy to share that Luca, our cat with nine lives, is returning to the schedule 🥳

Guiding yoga classes, sharing stories, and offering his insights are what he does best, and we’re so excited to welcome his voice back into the studio 💙

Luca will guide his first class on Saturday, the 26th of December at 11:45 (Vinyasa).

Starting in January he’ll be back with 4 regular weekly classes: Tuesday 17:00 – Yin Yang Thursday 10:30 – Yin Yang Saturday 11:45 – Vinyasa Sunday 11:45 – Yin
