✅ Reduce the threat (you are afraid of)

✅ Activate the reward and exploration

✅ Increase support and connection

Most people get stuck in (they are not aware.. so don’t blame them):

🙆🏻‍♀️ Criticism instead of compassion

🙆🏻‍♀️ Judgment instead of curiosity

🙆🏻‍♀️ Isolation instead of connection

🙆🏻‍♀️ Either/or choices instead of both/and choices

🙆🏻‍♀️ Focusing on what’s missing instead of what’s working well

They think they need education, motivation, or character.

No, the only things you need are :

😎 self-preservation
