Have you ever noticed how a simple walk in the woods seems to wash away your stress? That’s the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or "Forest Bathing."

Essential oils and meditation are a "match made in heaven." While meditation trains your mind to find the present moment, essential oils act as an anchor, using your sense of smell to signal to your brain that it is safe to relax.

✨ TODAY’S CHALLENGE: Take 5 minutes for yourself today. No phone (after this!), no chores, just breath.

How to enhance your meditation:
