Niet alles wat in een bedrijf speelt, is direct zichtbaar aan de buitenkant. Soms blijf je hangen in dezelfde patronen, voelt ondernemen zwaarder dan nodig of merk je dat er iets niet helemaal stroomt, terwijl je inhoudelijk eigenlijk weet wat je doet.

Ik werk regelmatig met ondernemers die voelen dat er meer onder de oppervlakte speelt. Dat kan gaan over zichtbaarheid, richting, energieverlies, samenwerkingen, twijfels of steeds opnieuw tegen dezelfde blokkades aanlopen. Maar ook startende ondernemers die voelen dat ze hun bedrijf graag steviger en helderder willen neerzetten voordat ze zichzelf verliezen in alles wat “moet”.

Tijdens een business reading kijk ik naar de onderstroom van jouw bedrijf en de dynamieken die daarin meespelen. Vaak wordt snel duidelijk waar je energie weglekt, wat niet meer klopt of wat juist meer ruimte nodig heeft om te groeien.

Vooraf ontvang je een intakeformulier zodat ik me goed kan afstemmen op jouw vraagstuk en bedrijf. Na afloop ontvang je een uitgebreid verslag met inzichten, reflecties en een concreet stappenplan zodat je er ook echt verder mee kunt.

Onderweg naar mijn nieuwe werkplek aan de Eisenhowerlaan in Den Haag. Naast mijn huidige locatie aan de Burgemeester Patijnlaan voelt dit als een hele mooie uitbreiding. Echt een bijzondere plek met een fijne sfeer en veel rust. Ik kijk er enorm naar uit om hier binnenkort readingen en therapeutische sessies te gaan geven. Soms voel je meteen dat een plek klopt. Dit is er zo één.
