In the last few years I have been working fulltime and still am as a Personal Trainer. Now embarking to a new path as a Physiotherapist I will devote my time and energy helping the injured xD
Having to teach people Calisthenics, give them hacks and mythbusters about the moves. It has increased my appetite for the game again.

New Shoulder tutorial fresh off the press!
These exercices I do with all my clients. These shoulders openers and compressions are magical for strengthening and creating more mobility.
How does the brain evolve? By feeding it with consistent but diverse data. Same goes for the muscles, by feeding it with consistent data of diverse movements. So the more often you establish a multi disciplinary approach or multi dimensional movements (while under pressure and focusing on proprioception) the better the muscles evolve and improve.
Most of the time your physio will give you rotator cuff training based on moving and mobilizing which is great. But the muscles sometimes need more "Understanding".
So try some of these exercises and guaranteed you will feel great.
Btw This is also a great Bench Press tip, warm up with these exercises before doing a bench press or dips

Having a chair is ALL you need to fix your posture!
As a health professional, I try to endulge and inspire people to prioritize health and a healthy lifestyle to the fullest.
I am what I do and I do what I am, but this doesn't mean it is easy! especially during and after the lockdowns I get more and more people with back issues, shoulder issues, poor core stability, weak lumbar strength and so on. This is sad and unnecessary.
With this video I am making it very easy for you to fix your posture, to mobilize your inner lumbar muscles, teach you to find the straight line!
Working from home or a having a desk job should not be harming you if you just knew how to handle it. Not everyone can afford personal training so make the best out of it!
Not everything you do can be fun and exciting, these trainings are not here to entertain you, they're here to help you.
As I was demonstrating these moves my muscles were getting more and more sore! So believe me when I say it works đ
Focus on understanding the move and doing it correctly, it's not about the objective, it's about the understanding!
