Originally from Sweden, Clara is a former lawyer who is currently pursuing her studies to become an occupational therapist. She graduated from the Original Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Acapulco, Mexico, in 2018 and has since traveled the world to share her passion for yoga. Currently, Clara is teaching at her home yoga studio, Hot Yoga West, in Gothenburg, Sweden.✨💙

About Almania Colombo

Almania is originally from Italy and began practicing yoga in 2010. Although it wasn’t love at first sight, she soon experienced the numerous benefits of the practice and decided to make it an essential part of her life. In 2011, she completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training and shortly thereafter traveled extensively around the world to teach and practice at various studios.

In 2013, Almania entered her first Yoga Sports competition. Since then, she has achieved remarkable success, winning the European Championship four times and the World Championship three times. She is now a faculty member for Teacher Training with Yoga Sport World. Almania feels incredibly grateful for the global yoga community and is passionate about sharing her knowledge, particularly focusing on the area of body alignment.

Join us for an immersive 3-hour workshop that will enhance your understanding and practice of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of Bikram Hot Yoga. Almania will guide you through each posture with a focus on alignment, technique, and breath. This interactive workshop allows you to ask questions and gain deeper insights. The session will be held in a comfortable, non-heated room.

Join us in welcoming Ale, our upcoming Traveling Teacher from Barcelona, Spain.
Ale graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2012. He has spent years traveling to share his passion for yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates.

Ale views life as a journey of self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of balance for fulfillment. He believes that achieving internal harmony mirrors the balance of nature and that maintaining a healthy body requires strength and flexibility, with breath serving as a vital connection to the divine and one’s true self.

Ale will be with us from the 27th of December 2025 to the 14th of January 2026.💕
