Welcome to My Do-In Yoga Class!
Hi, I’m Emilie Fourmestraux, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to the world of Do-In yoga!
I discovered Do-In yoga during my shiatsu studies, where I trained with two incredible teachers: Anushka Hofman, the first to bring Do-In to the Netherlands, and Joyce Vlaarkamp, who carries on the teachings of our late master, Shizuto Masunaga, the creator of the visualized Zen exercises embraced worldwide by the shiatsu community. Their wisdom and guidance made a profound impact on my health and well-being, and it inspired me to share this powerful practice with others.
Do-In yoga is a traditional Japanese practice that combines gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and self-massage to harmonize energy flow (Qi) throughout the body. It’s deeply rooted in Eastern medicine and designed to help you cultivate a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The movements are both invigorating and restorative, making them accessible to people of all levels.
