Happy with this jog , after I finished the exam week ! The muscles enjoyed the week of test so they didn’t hurt, but condition went down, I just couldn’t breathe. So I did a bunch of intervals . But I’ll be back !!

Dear friends, Bodytec Buddy is opening small Pilates and Yoga classes in the home environment in Nootdorp. Trams 15 and 19 are stopping near by. If you are interested, you can make an appointment by contacting Natasa personally. Prior reservations are required. Both indoor classes as well as online classes over Zoom on Tuesday and Wednesday every week will be offered from May on.
Looking forward to seeing you and helping you master your Pilates and yoga !

Ran 5,01 kilometres with Nike⁠ Run Club! My first jog after 2 months break! Went pretty good! It’s because of the workout I was doing with my clients . Missing the runs but the weather doesn’t help. Even today it was raining and windy…
