Currently, Albert Heijn warns about blueberries that may be infected with hepatitis A and can cause health complaints. It's about AH bag with blueberries 1 kg (frozen). There are currently 12 infections known, but more people may have gone unnoticed.

The chance of contamination after eating the berries is quite slim. If you have had hepatitis A before, you will remain protected against the disease for life. Even if you are vaccinated against hepatitis A for example traveling you are protected.

Last week, I witnessed a great treasure reveal.
Women Entrepreneurs Connect (WEC) had a grand launch ceremony, and we all had an opportunity to meet many strong and empowered women.

I was a part of a panel discussion at Women Entrepreneurs Connect's Health talk. We discussed how different tributaries of health sciences can contribute to maintaining and improving women's health. I was there to discuss how homeopathy can help women in different stages of life. It was a nice experience to share the platform with Dr. Manjula Paul and Dr. Henk Oosterhof.

As it was also a formal launch of WEC, we heard the idea behind this initiative and also heard many success stories. I was also nominated for awards in the health care category. Overall, it was a very power-packed event and I sincerely would like to thank Prachee Van Brandenburg and Krithika Rao for this awesome opportunity 🤗
