A comfortable sitting posture is a better idea. If you wouldn't want to watch a movie on your office chair calibrated with the usual office ergonomic settings, why do you think this uncomfortable position is okay for 40h a week? Just saying, we're not typists and it's not the 1950's. Blame the furniture, not yourself.
Another good idea is LIPA: Low intensity physical activity.
By the way: Finally, a first model of deskbike with back and neck support!
