Parce que j’aurais adoré découvrir cette pratique à cet âge…
Parce que l’année dernière j’ai eu 6 jeunes filles qui ne rataient pas un cours et ont montrées une super motivation tout au long de l’année pour venir se détendre et apprendre des outils efficaces contre l’anxiété, les crampes menstruelles, pour apprendre à se relaxer, à mieux connaître son corps et même à l’aimer…
Et parce que c’est ce que j’aime faire: apprendre des outils à mes élèves pour qu’elles/ils puissent profiter au maximum et se sentir bien dans leur vie.

That’s what I have been working on for the last 5 years, developing a place with a peaceful energy to allow people to feel safe in order to reconnect to themselves, and heal when necessary.

Bonjour à toutes 😁
La saison des examens approchent et depuis septembre je propose un cours spécial pour vos adolescentes. Dans ce cours je leur apprends à gérer leur stress et leur anxiété avec des techniques faciles et efficaces à utiliser en toutes circonstances (avant un examen écrit, un oral, ou face à une situation difficile); je leur apprends également des postures qui aident à faire passer les douleurs liées aux menstruations et des techniques de relaxation.
Toutes les semaines je retrouve mon petit groupe pour un moment de détente et de connexion avec elle-même. Elles ressortent toutes avec le sourire, détendue et prête pour une bonne nuit réparatrice.
Il me reste actuellement 4 places dans ce groupe. Si votre ado (de 12 à 18 ans) vit ce genre de difficultés, n’hésitez pas à me contacter pour un essai.

The weather is beautiful today so I could not resist the North Sea call and went for a dip! It felt soo good! It’s perfect at this time of the year as the difference in temperature between outside and the sea is very little. And it’s the right time to boost your immune system as we enter the colder season.
Tell me, what is your healthy habit to take care of your immune system?
After that I felt so energized and happy!
