We just shipped Snapshot, real-time AI-powered patient history summaries and medication safety checks, with zero data leakage. ⬇️

Over the last 3 years we quietly built the clinical OS behind HealthPass.
First, we digitised every consultation with our Lifeline EHR. Then we layered vitals and e-prescriptions.
Now we’re shipping what that foundation made possible:
🧠 Snapshot, an AI assistant for clinicians that surfaces patient history and real-time prescription safety check before they treat, with zero PHI leaving our ecosystem.

Why now
Less than 30% of healthcare facilities in Africa use any form of electronic records, most rely on paper, as a result, clinical quality suffers.
The WHO’s UHC Service Coverage Index rates Africa at 48/100, compared to a global average of 67/100 (WHO Africa).
Snapshot closes that gap by surfacing the most relevant clinical insight, (history, vitals, and safety flags), exactly where decisions are made: inside the chart.

Privacy by default
No OpenAI. No Gemini.
We self-host on Hugging Face Inference Endpoints. Authenticated caregivers trigger requests via our new */ai/inference* API.
No data ever leaves our VPC, ensuring we can provide the world-class care to our patients without compromising their privacy.

Medication adherence is essential for preventing new or worsening health issues. Nonadherence—when prescriptions aren’t followed—can seriously impact quality of life, contributing to an estimated 100,000 preventable deaths each year.
To make it easier to stay on track with prescribed medications, we've launched "Medication Tracker" on our app across Android and iOS today. This feature offers dependants daily reminders and adherence tracking, ensuring each dose is taken as needed.
