Absoluut, veel deelnemers beginnen aan de opleiding bij Nederlof Centrum juist voor hun eigen transformatieproces. Binnen de opleiding wordt veel aandacht besteed aan het persoonlijke proces, omdat je alleen authentiek kunt lesgeven als je het zelf hebt ervaren. Aan het einde van de opleiding heb je de kennis om deze professioneel door te geven, indien hier behoefte aan is, en hoe dat het beste bij jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten, ervaring en wensen kan passen.

Hello sweet people in Spain…it is almost the end of the month so it is time for a new meditation schedule.

As back to usual there will be a last Thursday of the month meditation.

Thursday 29th of January. 18:00-19:00 5 anchors meditation with some mindful movement.

Sunday Febr 15 Osho No Dimension 11:00-12:30 (Minimum of 4 persons)

Next last Thursday of the month: Febr 26, 18:00-19:00
Breathwork: rhythmic breathing with retention.

Please let me know who is coming and when!

Everything will be held at Calle W***y Brandt 16, San Fulgencio.

The last Thursday of the month meditation will not be held in december because of Christmas 🎄.
