Zorgverleners verdienen respect, geen verbaal of fysiek geweld.
Toch gebeurt het dagelijks. Deze campagne laat zien: het begint met even ademhalen. Even tellen tot 11.

4 elkaar rakende onderwerpen in 4 Workshops op 1 locatie, voor 1 bedrijf.

Voor een woningcorporatie waar helaas de steigende lijn bij agressie incidenten steeds harder omhoog gaat gaven we een workshop carrousel.

Situationeel Bewustzijn
Sterk Teamwork

De 4 topics van de dag, toegespitst op maatwerk voor elke groep want "we" ervaren de situatie vaak op een andere manier en daarmee kan de impact natuurlijk ook enorm verschillen.

Bij zowel de inleiding als bij de afsluiting werd het belangrijkste punt benoemd: Agressie is niet oké!
Voelt een situatie niet goed, stap er uit, wij steunen jullie!

Geweldig dat een bedrijf zo achter zijn werknemers staat!
Zo goed dat ze het belang van veilig werken inzien en het team daarin ondersteund.
