One of the first books on meditation I ever read! Highly, highly practical. But because there's also a storyline, it's far from boring. It might be the best combination of exercises en story on the topic🟠.

If you are new to meditation and would like to now a little more, this book is a great starting point for your journey🚶.

This is one of my personal favorites. For me it's a calming work. Removing the original bright sky at sunrise with a night time sky brought a nice contrast but it goes together quite well.🌕

Have you ever seen the movie 'Midnight in Paris'? It is the ultimate hommage to Paris as the city of arts. In the movie, at midnight Paris changes and becomes a city of the past with great artists. Owen Wilson wanders around the romantic streets and discovers the creative side of Paris and her (famous) residents🗼.

I had to chew on this one for a while, and still do actually. In any case, imagination is endless and can bring beautiful things, while knowing can also narrow the focus because we 'know' things are not possible. It could definitely be a great quote to come up with during your next brainstorm at work, to keep minds open...

This quote seems open for interpretation, but it is worth the effort!🧾

The first booktip we would like to share is from the writer Robin S. Sharma, and the book is called 'The Monk who sold his Ferrari'. I bought this book at the airport Hato at Curaçao in 2017✈️. I've re-read the book several times since then. The book is written as a novel, which makes it incredibly pleasant to read. The techniques that are included in the story are very practical, without distracting from the story. For me this is a book to come back to every once in a while. I highly recommend it!🟠
