Together, we proudly donated โฌ 3.850 to Stichting Matchis, the Dutch Center for Stem Cell Donors ๐
The donated amount represents one sponsored donor per GenDx employee.
This week, Bert Elbertse, Manager Donor Relations and Communications, visited our Utrecht office to accept the voucher and brainstorm about current challenges and future collaborations.
The "Fit to Donate" initiative was organized to raise awareness and funds for Matchis to cover the costs of typing and registering new donors. This run was inspired by previous โTulip Runsโ held during Immunogenetics conferences.
A heartfelt thank you to all GenDx colleagues, friends, family, and neighboring companies in the Utrecht Science Park area who joined us and supported this meaningful initiative!
Together, we can improve the chance of finding a donor for every patient in need of a stem cell transplant.
