This yearโ€™s program reminded us how far weโ€™ve come in understanding aging with . We started with a deep dive into neuropathy and sensory function, followed by Dr. Jessica Robinson-Papโ€™s session on evaluating and managing pain in aging , a reminder of the human experience behind every clinical decision.

We also looked at the impact of chronic inflammation, with Dr. Caroline Foster sharing insights from people aging with perinatally acquired HIV. Another major highlight was GLP-1 agonists, one of this yearโ€™s most discussed topics. Dr. Todd Brown reviewed their risks and benefits in older adults, providing practical guidance for clinicians.

The workshop ended on a hopeful note, hearing from experts around the world who shared innovative models of care and support for people aging with HIV.
