Big news as I am happy to announce that I will be expanding my practice into Amsterdam and working with the excellent people at You Can Yoga starting today!

In addition to offering all of my therapies and consultations, I am proud to announce a monthly meetup group focused on a brief discussion about Ayurveda. There will be a new topic each month, and each discussion is followed by a mini yoga session, pranayama and 60 minutes of mantra chanting.

As the weather gets cooler the Vata in our bodies gets imbalanced.
