This is my journal today as a reminder to myself to take action. Things don't get done by themselves.
You can either think about doing something or actually get busy doing it!
We always say that we'll start on Monday or the 1st of the month. But if you think about it now & feel the drive to reach your goal now, why wait?! The longer you wait to start, the longer you will wait to see results.
Want to get healthy, start now. It doesn't matter what you just ate. What matters is that going forward, you make healthy food choices, that you go for that walk instead of binge watching another series...
