Flow with Caitlin

Flow with Caitlin Cultivate inner strength and resilience through breath and movement. Connect to your true self.

I’m a yoga teacher with a passion for creating physical and mental strength and resilience both on and off the mat. I work with students to connect to their their body and breath, get out of their heads, and to be in the present moment. Through my classes, 1:1 lessons, and events, I guide students to cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and to take part in the journey of self-discovery. Here is what I always tell my TT students ⬇️⬇️

The only way to learn how to teach is by teaching.

And you’ll never feel fully ready for it.

You just have to do it and move the discomfort.

But I promise you, it does get easier! I’m living proof 😊

➡️Save this for when you need a little reminder that it’s ok that it’s hard. And easier times are ahead.

Over the past six months, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding an incredible group of dedicated students on their journey to becoming yoga teachers. 🙏

It’s not an easy journey and we ask them to put in a lot of work and fully commit to the process. But the journey to the end is sooooo worth it. IYKYK.💪🏻

I’m so proud of each and every one of my students for doing the work, for showing up for themselves, and for embodying resilience even when things got tough. It’s been an honor and a privilege to be part of their journey. 🌸

A huge thanks to , the best co-teacher I could ask for, and to .jans and for the incredible support you gave to both us teachers and the students. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!💗

If you’re a yoga teacher, you know how much energy you pour into your students and give to every class.

Holding space for others is a beautiful thing, but it also means we need to refill our own cup regularly. 🍵

This past weekend, I was lucky enough to spend 2 full days with the incredible and inspiring Janet Stone — receiving beautiful teachings, reconnecting to my practice, and remembering what it feels like to be a student again. 🙏

I feel re-rooted in my practice. Re-devoted to the path. Re-connected with myself. 🪷

Yoga Bio

Caitlin took her first yoga class in 2009 as a form of physical therapy to help recover from an injury. But she quickly realized there was much more to yoga than just the physical benefits. Her curiosity into yoga philosophy, pranayama, asana and anatomy grew over the years which eventually led to her to Koh Samui, Thailand where she completed her 200+ hour Yoga Teacher Training at Centered Yoga. Caitlin would like to thank all the amazing teachers she has practiced with around the world - from the US, to Costa Rica, to Bangladesh, to South Africa, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. She especially gives thanks to the amazing teachers she studied with in Thailand who shared so much knowledge and provided incredible support throughout the journey.
