Social Laughter Club heeft als doel positiviteit, creativiteit, sociale interactie en ontspanning te stimuleren! Lachyoga is een leuke en effectieve manier om deze doelen te behalen. Sarah Vermazen, oprichter van Social Laughter Club, is een gecertificeerd Lachyoga Trainer. Door haar theater achtergrond maakt ze bij haar lachoefeningen veel gebruik van verbeelding, wat de oefeningen nog speelser maken. Het Lachyoga concept is eenvoudig en voor iedereen toegankelijk. De oefeningen stimuleren de lach en een bewuste ademhaling om zo de positieve effecten van het lachen te ondervinden. Alle oefeningen kunnen aangepast worden aan de mogelijkheden van de deelnemers. Sarah Vermazen, founder of Social Laughter Club, is a certified Laughter Yoga Trainer. Because of her background in theatre she uses imagination a lot in her laughter exercises which makes it even more playful. The Laughter Yoga concept is simple and for everybody. Exercises which stimulate laughing and breathing help us to gain the positive effects. All exercises can be adjusted to the abilities of the participants. Look at it as a workout for your mental and physical health.
