Dear God, thank You. As I look at this beautiful view, I pray that the world — and all within it — may find calm again. There’s been so much pain and anger that we’ve forgotten kindness and love. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver is associated with the season of spring, representing new beginnings and growth.

However, in Western nutritional approaches, autumn is seen as a time for the liver to prepare the body for the coming colder months by focusing on nutrient storage and reducing stress.

Goji berries show promise for liver health, they may reduce liver injury and inflammation by acting as an antioxidant and modulating gut microbiota.

When I was a child, my grandpa often made chicken soup with goji berries whenever I was about to catch a flu. It was truly one of the best comfort foods when I wasn’t feeling well. You can also combine goji berries with chrysanthemum and ginger—the gentle floral aroma, the natural sweetness of the goji berries, and the warmth of ginger come together beautifully. It’s not only comforting and nourishing, but also helps ease bloating and soothe an uncomfortable tummy.

Two years ago, I learned trauma therapy with a gentle touch with Roni Gilboa - Touch Therapies and I’m still deeply grateful for choosing this path. It has changed my life and the way I hold space for others.
I hope there is Alot more of us with open hearts and gentle hands will be able to learn this course. To have the opportunity to learn how to create safe, tender spaces—places where the body can soften, release, and slowly remember what it feels like to be truly safe, whole, and at peace. 🍀🙏
