Vogel Tube Bending is specialised in the bending, rolling, forming, shaping and assembling of ferrous and non-ferrous pipes, profiled pipes and profiles. Vogel has a modern machinery park containing CNC controlled bending and rolling machines with a range of Ø4 through Ø168mm. Vogel Tube Bending goes beyond bending and rolling and aims to relieve its customers by providing a total solution. Vogel Tube Bending is also a specialist in other production techniques, such as tube endforming, welding, soldering, punching, and numerous other processes. In addition to all of these processes, we can also take care of various surface treatments. Our years of experience in the field and a multitude of production techniques means that Vogel Tube Bending can provide a diverse range of products. Our completely renovated laboratory provides Vogel Tube Bending with modern resources and technology that enable us to acquire a thorough understanding of the outcomes of our current production processes. By using statistical software we can precisely identify variations in production processes and are exceptionally capable of determining beforehand whether we can satisfy the specific requirements of our customers. Utilising reliable measuring systems allows us to identify variations in the production process and when necessary to introduce preventative measures to ensure delivered products conform to the customer specifications. Engineering. Vogel Tube Bending develops products in consultation with the customer and uses APQP (advanced product quality planning) as our guide in the development project. This cooperation leads to innovative ideas and makes it possible for us to provide our customers with cost effective solutions. We use a multi-disciplinary approach focused on feasibility to handle requests. Our engineering department translates customer specific requirements into tools, jigs and work methods. Vogel Tube Bending has its own tool shop to ensure that we can respond quickly to any given situation.
