When we say our lifts are safe, we really mean it. 🙏🏾

Every PLS ceiling lift is designed with a built-in safety factor of 2 times the weight.

For example, the AR-200 is certified for 200 kg, but designed for 400 kg and tested to hold 300 kg without failure.

That’s how we meet the highest safety standards, such as ISO 10535, the dedicated international patient lift standard.

Wij zijn Patient Lifting Solutions (PLS), de naam zegt het al: oplossingen om mensen op te tillen. We hebben het over patiënten in de zorg die dankzij ons slimme systeem heel eenvoudig uit bed kunnen worden getild en door de ruimte worden verplaatst.
Van alle plafondtilliften ontwerpen en assembleren wij het kwalitatief meest hoogwaardige systeem. We leveren deze oplossing wereldwijd aan zorgleveranciers, die het vervolgens verkopen aan en installeren in verzorgingstehuizen en ziekenhuizen.
De tijd is nu rijp om door te groeien en verder te professionaliseren. Het door ons behaalde kwaliteitssysteem ISO-13485 helpt daarbij. Het huis is af, deze zal onderhouden moeten worden en een kleine uitbouw zou verbetering geven. Help je mee?

Functieomschrijving:
We hebben geen flauw idee hoe deze functie zich het best laat omschrijven. Het is in ieder geval een zeer gevarieerde job, ook omdat je gaat sparren met de consultant en product engineer. Je toegevoegde waarde moet uiteindelijk bijdragen aan:
1. Samen met de consultant til je kwaliteitssysteem naar een nog hoger level. Tillen zit ons in het bloed, maar het kan dus altijd beter. Jij begrijpt dat. Sterker, daar word je door uitgedaagd.
2. Een en ander met ook administratief worden vastgelegd, belangrijk dat ook hier aandacht aan wordt besteed.
Weet je wat het mooie is van deze job? Je kunt hem zo leuk maken als je zelf wilt. Daarom vind je het heerlijk om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Daar hoort ook je eigen planning bij. Wij geloven in betere prestaties als mensen in hun kracht staan. Jij voelt dat voor jezelf het beste aan en wij bieden je alle ruimte. Bij dát bedrijf zouden wij willen werken!
Basiswerkzaamheden;

• Onderhouden en actueel houden van de kwaliteits- archief- en documentatiesystemen Conform ISO-13485 samen met een consultant.
• Opzetten en onderhouden van Post
Marketing Surveillance voor onze distributeurs/ eindgebruikers.
• Begeleiden van distributeurs.
• Opstellen en onderhouden van een marketingplan.

Dit neem je mee;
• MBO/ HBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Interesse in kwaliteitssystemen en beheersing;
• Oog voor detail en structuur op documentatiegebied;
• Affiniteit met techniek;
• Een goede beheersing van de
Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Dit krijg je er voor terug;
• Een klein, maar hecht en gezellig team;
• Platte bedrijfscultuur;
• De kosten van eventuele opleidingen zijn voor onze rekening;
• Samenwerken met een Product Engineer;
• Een eigen, vaste werkplek in een nieuw kantoor;
• Een goede beloning;
• De CAO Metaal en Techniek (Klein-metaal).
