Visual timers in general can be useful for individuals with low vision. During an eye exam, a specialist may advise avoiding small clock numbers on a laptop to reduce strain, preserve eye health, or aid vision rehabilitation. A visual timer can help.

Currently, there is elevated flu activity across Europe. Here are some things you can do to help prevent getting ill.
