~ Now is the time for teachings of Yoga
By SatyaSimran
Life is often lived based on certain expectations of it. As one is programmed to expect life to be. Coming from a certain background, parents, education, good or bad experiences, opinions, and emotions about it. Often, we are looking for that perfect moment to arrive, a moment when we will be happy, complete, and at peace.
Often, we are holding onto something that still needs to be achieved, waiting to be fulfilled, while holding onto stress in achieving those expectations.
We have also wrongly learned that enjoyment, love, happiness, and peace are something that is to be gained in external focus.
In seeking all that, it is wise to experience our own state of matter first and our own belief systems about ourselves and about life. Who do you want to be? Who are you? Are you focusing on nourishing what you want to be?
We can learn to understand that we are holding a power of perception and creation of our reality. We can learn to see that a fulfilled life is not based on our reactions to circumstances but on our own creations that reflect in our reality.
We can learn to tune our perceptions and create a reality that fits our gifts and purposes. We can also learn to see that our life is just a reflection and at the same time a manifestation of our own unaware actions and all that we are willing to learn about ourselves.
There is a lot of gratitude there that can be felt. When we get curious in viewing and changing our perceptions, when we are willing to learn how one can be one. When, then... or now, after all other, if you still haven't realized it yet,

Practice: If you are holding this sutra and you feel connected to it, you might be at a crossroads, in ending, beginning, leaving, or choosing. Seeking the right direction to live in fullest potential. If you want to strengthen your connection to this sutra, take this affirmation with you and observe yourself until all answers become yours: Your sankalpa is: "Now is the opportunity to be, compleet as one can be." Live with it, think about it, define it, create it, write about it, feel it, see it, Be it.
