And that’s a wash! I can’t believe February break has been and gone. I hope all those that got to get away had a fab time!!

I managed to get away for a ski in the beautiful French Alps. It reminds me so much of home.

If any one is nursing any sore muscles post holiday or even post skiing. I have some spaces available on Wednesday and Friday this week.
