I’m diffusing Motivate… ready to get focused, productive, and conquer my to-do list.

Meanwhile… my dog has entered full power-saving mode 😴

It did make me laugh though, because it’s a good reminder:
we’re always trying to “do more”, “be more”, “push more”…
and sometimes the nervous system just needs the opposite.

Motivate can help create an uplifting, focused environment,
but balance is everything — productivity AND rest.

Clearly, she’s chosen rest today 😂

Ik diffuus Motivate… klaar om me te focussen, productief te zijn en mijn to-do lijst te veroveren.

Ondertussen… mijn hond staat volledig in energiebesparingsmodus 😴

Het liet me wel lachen, want het is een mooie reminder:
we proberen altijd meer te doen, meer te zijn, meer te pushen…
terwijl het zenuwstelsel soms juist het tegenovergestelde nodig heeft.

🐕 Dog owners… quick question. Have you found ticks on your dog already this spring?

Because apparently Xensi has decided to open a 5-star Airbnb for tiny hitchhikers. 🙄🤣

Ticks love long grass, warm weather and adventurous dogs. But interestingly, there are certain plant scents they really don’t enjoy.

Some essential oils often used to help make dogs less attractive to ticks include:

🌿 Lavender
🌿 Cedarwood
🌿 Geranium
🌿 Lemongrass

Nature has some incredible allies when we know how to work with them.

Of course the most important thing is still checking your dog after every walk, especially around the ears, chest, armpits and tail.

But with the right natural support, you can make your dog a much less appealing landing spot for these little freeloaders.
