Frozen in time...
Images of people we knew, places we have been, situations that passed.
All that was is now no more, left in the past, behind us.
No longer craving for attention accept the space we make to remember in sudden moments of time.
Time, created to keep us stuck or to make us move?
Hours, minutes, days, weeks and months. A web keeping us caught in something that doesn't really fit because we are always short of it: Time...
Choosing to live, really live in every Now-moment seems odd and we tend to forget... That in each moment is Breath, and Space.
Breathing in while staying present, without getting caught in thought or feelings sets us free in life itself...
The structure of time keeps us busy, away from our body, away from breath and away from Life.
Seems easy right, to choose to just breathe and staying present?
But it is not, it takes devotion and a constant choice to not get distracted by the news, your phone, money problems, time that seems to fly by so that you cannot even connect to those around you and so on ...
What if everything would slow down, what if we stopped for just minute all of us together and took one simultaneous breath or two...
What if we would remember that life is happening right now, in this one moment and that we are connected even if we don't feel it, but just trust it...
Let your breath take you today, in the remembrance that we are just Now and that all the rest is created to keep us separated and divided.
Remember that you are a part of it all, remember through breath, connect to your Body, ask for the Divine Light to flow through your Body like the living water it is and trust, even if you don't trust it completely, just choose to trust it anyway.
And feel the difference making place in you that you are not time, you are not in lack, not insufficient: You are Divine, you are in your own unique way a part of God and so very needed on this planet no matter how you are here.
The Light is always here, that is not frozen in time, that is Time of being Now in all of it.
Flowing through me, in love.
