Catasana, asana of the day, don’t try this at home😉 it reminds me of all poses I have put myself into, for what reason..? Bringing my body to the limits, thinking I was a good yogini, getting up early nights and sweating for at least 2,5 hours as I was told to do so, I absorbed it all, functioning real good in hierarchy systems, raised in one as well. Now breathing, moving in intimacy feels like I finally put down my masks to just be me, vulnerable, open and receptive. Not trying to be, to become, to be seen by, no new religion, just life❤️ and yes this you can try at home, 7 minutes breath body movement. Unsure where to begin?
