I just love being part of this yoga family. For me teaching was and never is about me teaching “something” it’s a kind of interaction, learning from eachother in a safe place. I dont know! Its Okay to not understand, its Okay to not know, its Okay to just feel and be in the present moment. Such a relief, especially when we feel lost we search for a way out. Be with that, your searching is Okay, feeling lost is Okay. And breathe, just breathe👌🏽In yoga every time you are on your safe space, you tune in to the present moment, breathing, moving and listening to your body. All what is left is Total surrender🙏🏽
