Scary thoughts can feel so loud… especially when we fight with them. The more we push them away, the more powerful they seem.
But here’s the gentle truth ✨ — thoughts lose their grip when we stop judging them and allow them to simply pass through. Like clouds in the sky ☁️… they come, they go, and they don’t have to define your day.
With practice, this shift from resistance to acceptance can bring so much relief and freedom. 🌱
