Første semester 2026 i Uganda startet 10. februar.
Alle barna i BuildWisdom har fått betalt skolepengene sine, og vi har kjøpt inn alt de trenger av skolemateriell. De har nå startet skoleåret sitt.

Vi ønsker samtidig å rette en stor og hjertelig takk til Bernt Ulstein og Jan Fredrik Fossum for den trofaste støtten de gir til barna hvert eneste år. Deres bidrag betyr enormt mye og gjør en reell forskjell i barnas liv.
I år feirer vi 8 år med hjelpearbeid. Det er en viktig milepæl for oss, og vi er stolte av alt vi har fått til gjennom disse årene.

Alle er hjertelig velkommen til å bli med videre på denne reisen for å skape en bedre fremtid for barn uten muligheter.

Gjennom disse åtte årene har vi:
Betalt skolepenger for barna
Kjøpt alt de trenger av skolemateriell
Gitt julegaver hver eneste jul
Utdannet 2 sykepleiere
Utdannet 1 mekaniker
Hjulpet 6 ungdommer med å fullføre S6 – de er nå klare for arbeidslivet

Dette er resultater som gir håp og som viser at arbeidet nytter.
Tusen takk til alle som støtter og tror på arbeidet vårt. Sammen gjør vi en forskjell. 💛

Thank you for being a father to the fatherless, a pillar of love, and a source of hope to those who had none. Your compassion, faith, and selfless service truly reflect God’s love in action.

Tusen hjertelig takk til Vestnes Rotary for den flotte invitasjonen og den varme mottakelsen.
Det var en stor glede å få komme og fortelle om vårt hjelpearbeid i Uganda, og å dele litt om hverdagen til barna og familiene vi støtter.

Vi setter enormt stor pris på interessen, de gode spørsmålene og den ekte omtanken dere viste. Det betyr mye for oss å møte mennesker med stort hjerte som virkelig bryr seg. 💫

A Prayer for Our P.L.E Candidates

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and hope.
Thank You for bringing our candidates this far for the knowledge they have gained,
the guidance of their teachers, and the love of their families.

As they sit for their Primary Leaving Examinations,
we pray for calm hearts, clear minds, and steady hands.
Grant them wisdom to remember what they have learned,
understanding to apply it well, and confidence to do their very best.

Bless their teachers and parents who have walked this journey with them.
May their hard work bear good fruit, and may every candidate
emerge victorious, ready for the next step of their education.

We place their success in Your loving hands,
trusting that You will guide them each step of the way.
In Jesus’ Name we pray,

Back to School week.
Today marks the beginning of a new school term for our children in Uganda. We give all the glory to the King of Kings for providing school fees and school materials, making it possible for our children to continue learning and preparing for their future.

Sincerely thank God, the Buildwisdom Executive Directors, and the entire Buildwisdom staff team for turning the childrens dreams into reality children will never forget this. May God richly bless you all.

As we begin this 3rd and final term of 2025, we pray that God will bless our children with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, so that they may succeed in their studies and excel in their end-of-year exams.

We wish all our children a joyful term filled with focus, growth, and excellent results. God bless you all.

✨ Andre termin er i gang! 📚
Forrige uke startet vi opp igjen med semester 2/3 for skoleåret 2025. Vi ønsker å rette en stor takk til våre fantastiske direktører for den uvurderlige jobben de gjør uten dere hadde mange av disse barna aldri hatt mulighet til å gå på skole. 💙

I Uganda står dessverre over 1 million barn uten skolegang. Mange møter store hindringer som Flyktninger, fattigdom, barnearbeid, tidlige ekteskap, tenåringsgraviditet og mangel på skolemat. I flere distrikter tvinger sult tusenvis av barn til å slutte hvert år.

Derfor er barna i vårt program blant de heldige. Hver termin får de skolegangen dekket Takket være støtte fra Bernt Ulstein Jan Fredrik Fossum dedikasjon fra mennesker som bryr seg.

📖 Takk for at dere gjør en forskjell sammen gir vi barn en fremtid! 🌍💫
